We have been to J Miguels twice since moving to the area from Australia & found the service great, food great & the frozen Margarita's even greater. We are going back tonight for another serve of Rowlett's fine Mexican feast.

This restaurant is in an old Dairy Queen. The atmosphere is very cheesy but it does not seem to matter....the place is continually packed for a very good reason.
The food is great!!! You also get a very large portion for an average price. Fajitas will often include an entire steak on one order. They are also very generous with the Chicken Fajitas. This place is packed most every night. I have seen the enchilada plate and it has generous servings as well. The salsa is good but nothing special....it works though!!
Pros: Great Food, generous portions, good price
Cons: they often make mistakes on special orders, atmosphere is lacking

We ate here while watching the last Mike Tyson fight. We got a booth with a private TV and it was a great time. We ordered dinner and it was surprisingly very good! My grilled chicken was moist and very flavorful. My husband got a burger and thought it was very good as well. The service was great even though the place was PACKED. The only drawback for us was the smoke since people were smoking at the bar. Overall, a good place to have a drink and watch a game. They have TV's mounted all the way around the place so every table or booth has a great view.

My wife and I frequent Kyoto's once a week. We eat out ALOT and are very picky about our service and food. This is by far our top restaurant to eat at. The owner (Mach), is wonderful too. No complaints about this place. We are so glad our friends (GG) told us about Kyoto's.
There is the new location in Rockwall now too. IT IS A MUST PLACE TO EAT AT!!!!!
Pros: GREAT FOOD, STAFF AND VALUE FOR THE AMOUNT TO FOOD U GET!!!!!

Great food and atmosphere. I'll certainly be a regular customer! Very small dining room so don't plan on taking a big group, although we did get 9 people seated after a bit of a wait and it was worth it! Nice selection of beer and wines and desserts were fantastic! No one in our group went away hungry or unhappy. Fritzl definitely knows how to cook!

I've been here a few times with my wife and they have good food and cheap drinks for the area. Having the TVs at the end of every booth is nice for when a big game is on but I'd rather watch one of the smaller less popular games.

Its not easy to trust men in a car place because lots of them seem to think girls are pretty stupid. Well, I'm not stupid. I asked some friends and they said to take my Corvette to Eagle Transmissions in Rowlett. Yes, I drive a Vette but I am not made of money and I told them that before we even started. They drove the car, and came back and told me the transmission was just fine. There was a wire of some kind that came loose. They fixed it for $25. They did tell me that I should probably have it drained and new fluid put in and I knew that already so I will take it back to them after next payday. I think I am real lucky to have found this place. I dont know about other Eagle shops, but the one in Rowlett is great.

A gift to Rowlett! It's so nice to have this nursery close by and not have to give in to the "big box" nurserys (i.e. Home Depot) with poor service. Covington's has the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen. They have given us accurate advice on everything from trees to annuals. They have a great landscape service as well. We used them for our backyard and now we have our own tropical getaway! The prices might be more than normal retail nurserys but you can't get the specialized customer service like you can at Covington's any where else. Plus, they have a "1/2 price" sheds that contains hundreds of trees, shrubs, plants, and flowers. We have found SO many great deals. I highly, highly recommend them and we hope they stay in business for a VERY long time.

This place has amazing food and a wide selection. I was amazed at the quality. It seems like a regular chinese place, but the food tastes like an upscale restaurant. It's so good, I genuflect. I highly reccommend the honey walnut shrimp. Order from this place, it's excellent!
