I've taken my car to several different dealerships for service and Dunning is one of the best. I've been to Dunning three times for repairs and have been very satisfied each time. The service department is friendly, prompt and honest. I've dropped of my car during and after business hours. When dropping if off after hours, they are quick to call the next day and tell you the issue. The prices are, of course, a little expensive, but this is to be expected from any dealership. And hey, the nice thing is that the work is guaranteed and if anything goes wrong you can take it to any dealership in the country without charge - no local mechanic can offer that.
I haven't looked around the showroom, so I can't speak for the sales department, but one time, while waiting for my car, we were looking at a few of the cars outside and someone did approach us. He seemed nice and wasn't too pushy.
I definitely recommend the service department.

This a a huge Ford car dealership with a large selection on vehicles. They have a used car lot on the premises as well. Lots of sales staff working, there are always plenty of folks willing to help you. I was very happy with my used car purchase and my salesmen was great. I would go there again for another car. Parking can me a little tight, there isn't much space in the lot.

We recently bought a 2005 Town & COuntry from Naylor Motors & we will most definately be return customers. Friendly & professional staff. We also had some body work done a few years ago & they did an amazing job. You couldn't tell that the truck had been hit & worked on!

The salesman was great, he went out of his way to help my wife and I to find the right car for or needs,and even when we changed are minds in midstream , he just rolled up his sleeve's and went to work for us again. then got us a better rate then we had ourselves.I can't thank Chuck enough for all his help.

We went looking for a new vehicle and we stopped at Suburban Chevrolet. We had bought one from here when it had been Rampy and had been very satisfied. Well we looked all over the lot and could not find any we like. We then went inside the showroom and waited for a salesman to talk to us. No one ever came over to us! So we just walked out and went some where else!
If you do go here I hope you have a better experience than we did.

My mechanic sent me to H.C. to fix something that he could not. They did fix it but came up with a laundry list of things that needed repairing. I had my mechanic look at the list, he could not corroborate them.
My neighbor, had a similar experience.

I usually had my car service in Dunning Toyota. But I accidentally went to another car repair workshop and found that the service fee in Dunning Toyota is much more expensive. For regular oil change and tire, brake check, they charge more than $60. If you need to change some parts, it costs more since they use parts from Toyota. I have no issue against it, but I just feel I can save some money in other workshop. Besides, Dunning toyota is not in Ann Arbor city area. Everytime I went there, I had to wait for hours there.
