I totally agree that Dr. John Serratore rocks! I have always had great experiences with this vet clinic. I recently had to put a much loved older kitty to sleep and Dr. Serratore was so kind, gentle and caring. I really felt like they cared about my pet and me especially at such an emotional time. They go the extra mile to give you high quality care. They are very understanding of your personal situation. It was my birthday the next day and they kept my kitty for me until I could come get her so I didn't have to bury her on my birthday. I highly recommend this vet clinic and Dr. Serratore. I disagree with another review that said they are expensive. I found them to be very reasonably priced compared to many other vets I've been to in the Seattle area. I drive down to Normandy Park to see them instead of going to Seattle or Burien.
Pros: friendly staff, feels like a mom and pop place, high level of care, reasonably priced
