Review content:
I am a person of genuine kindness and compassion, therefore this is hard for me to do. The Salon pays extraordinary attention to detail in ""it's"" appearance, style and what it speaks to customers. But I sadly can not say the same for the care I received. My stylist given to me was Katherine. She was very curteous and spent a great deal of time on me, but the results were a disaster. I went in for a color and a cut and I came out with my hair totally overprocessed. It has been many many years since I have had someone fry my hair. The color is very lifeless and so dry that no matter what cut I had, it would not look good. And to add salt to a wound, I left paying $230.00 to be wounded. What would ""my"" appearance say to someone asking me, ""Who did your hair?""I had been researching and interviewing for weeks, and sorry to say, I made a very poor choice unknowingly. Today though, I was blessed with finding a God sent woman and a wonderful family of a Salon, warm and inviting. Even waliking in, the owner worked me in to treat my hair and then to blow-dry it for me before leaving. I will put the other behind me, but hope you reading this will take note and know that I feel for those who are searching. Pros: Parking Clean Cons: Attention to person detail Too expensive
