Just wondering what the kennel has done to aid in the return of my son's pet ""Little Girl"" that escaped while in your care over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I don't think you understand how upset he and his girlfriend are and I understand that as of today you have assisted in no way to help them find that precious pet. I too am an animal lover as I have three pets of my own and have trusted them to kennels for as long as they've been with me. But after this episode I will truly think twice and we are definitely spreading the word throughout Roanoke and the surroundings of the loss of our baby and in the way you have chosen to turn a deft ear to the entire recovery.\r
