Review content:
My family and I were in San Francisco for the Labor Day Weekend and when we got to Fisherman's Wharf, several locals told us that ""Capurro's"" was the place to go for breakfast. On that advice we went there for breakfast on Sat. morning and were quite impressed. The place was absolutely packed and we had to wait for twenty minutes in the bar area, which after a great bloody mary didn't seem that long at all. When we finally got a table our waitress was cheerfull and prompt, we had a few questions about the menu which she handled very well and our breakfast was at our table in no time at all. All the food was great, I had french toast which is made on their homemade cinnamon bread, the kids split a stack of pancakes and my wife had an omelette that she said was one of the best she's ever had. We enjoyed the place so much we went back Sunday and Monday with the same results. In short if you find yourself on Fisherman's Wharf go to Capurro's...it's a great spot. P.S. Check out all the old pictures on the walls they are great and chronicle the Capurro family's history on the Wharf. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing we saw
