I've been going to Peridot for about six month and I go at least once a month to get a pedicure. At first, I liked how clean they were and the convenience, the place being at Kent Station. About couple months ago, i started to notice the unsanitary and rushing of customers. Yesterday, I went to get a pedicure and I was turned off by happened and will not go back again! At first, the lady that was doing my pedicure put on gloves that have been used which was pretty gross...such a high risk for foot infection. Secondly, the lady was very unfriendly and was very rushed to get to the next customer. The price for pedicure is very reasonable, but it would also be nice to have the service which you pay for. When I told the lady that was doing my Pedicure to fix parts which she messed up on, she turned to the person that works there and started to speak in her language and laughing. I was very very disappointed with the whole service and the customer treatment. I will never go back again and will not recommend that anyone do so...unless you would like to get infections such as MRSA, athlete's foot, fungus or other infections.
Cons: unclean, rushed, and unfriendly!
