Very disappointed with Bowtie Auto. I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. It had a bad water pump. I took it to Bowtie. They did something wrong, because after driving away, I began to hear a loud noise under hood. Left car running, looked under hood, saw that the ""new"" water pump was vibrating strangely, and tearing apart my belt. When I returned, it took almost an hour of arguing with the owner before they would fix their error. Never again, never again will I go here.
