Review content:
I received appropriate care from the physician and felt her interactions with me was fine. However I was put off by her attire. I am not accustomed to seeing a physician in flip flops during the delivery of medical care. My main complaint is directed at the office staff. When I went to check out I just started to explain the physician instructions regarding my prescription. The staff member immediately held her hand up to me which I interpreted as ""shut up."" She then got up without explanation and walked away from me. I was then approached from behind by another staff member that immediately went into a tirade about how their practice does NOT fill out mail order forms. When I read the bold print on the form that stated re-orders need to be completed on this form and must be faxed by the office, she proceeded to tell me the form was wrong and she knew my insurance better than I do. Despite informing both women that I was offended by their treatment all it got me was having to stand there along time while both of them walked away from me. I was eventually checked out -minus my prescription form being completed. At this point I cannot get my medication unless my PCP is willing to take on the responsibiity of managing my oral contraceptive needs. The entire experience was severely tarnished by staff members that are clueless on how to deal with the public.
