Unbelieveable!! Those who have chosen to trash Q4U must be inexperienced as to what good barbeque is all about. I travel throughout the country and always try the barbeque wherever I go. There are one or two places down south that I would rate better then Q4U overall. But west of the Mississippi there is nothing better. Those who say Q4U barbeque is dry are not familiar that the best barbeque is dry rubbed. Barbebue is not about slathering on a bunch of sauce. This is authentic Southern barbeque. Make sure you try the sweet potato pie. It is to die for. Okay the ambience leaves something to desire. But true barbeque connoisseurs will happily disregard the ambience of the restaurant to enjoy the best barbeque in Utah. You don't get pampered, you don't get waiters in tuxedos; you get barbeque, dammit! Pros: Food, Food, Food
