Review content:
Steer clear of Wildwood managed properties. Our downstairs neighbors are having problems with their leaky AC. We've had technicians come out TWICE to determine that our system is correctly set up and operating properly, but our property manager, Luana is still trying to pin it on us.
We've communicated to her officially through our technician, but she's telling us it's still our problem.
We have nothing to fix and can no way rectify this situation. You'll find yourself in a similar bind if you have and dealing with these people. Anyone who says otherwise is a paid shill.
