I went to Mitchell's Day Spa, it is so great. The atmosphere is laid back, not as hoity toity as most spas. They get you relaxed in a whirlpool tub, then they start the magic. I got to pick if I wanted a man or woman to do the massage. They are very sensitive and ask you what you want to have massaged, and what you don't want to have massaged. They give you plenty of time after the massage to just lay on the table and relax.
The prices are very reasonable.
Great for a gift or for you.

My experiences at Greenhouse Spa have always been superb. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the staff is experienced and competent. The location is convenient, and there is always adequate parking. I have had waxing, facials, and massages and thoroughly enjoyed it all. My only complaint would be the pushiness to buy their products, but I have never given in! Would still recommend to someone looking for a spa in B'ham.
