After calling many brokers for a new mortgage, Southern Eagle had the lowest rates in town and of course, a lot lower than the banks. The application process was handled over the phone and via fax. The staff was courteous and made sure everything went smoothly during closing. They can taylor make a mortgage because they have a lot of mortgage companies that they deal with to give you a good rate. Would definitely use them again.
