I could go on and on about Wildwood Management Group, but in a nutshell they offer great service. Their personnel go above and beyond to make me feel that my association dues are being responsibly managed. Whether calling into the office or sending a concerned email, I am acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner. Luana and Gabriel have ""pulled rabbits out of hats"" for our community and are such a pleasure to work with. Loving our community page that has everything we need to stay informed. Your website is user friendly and full of all the paperwork we need to save gas and time to do business electronically! As a Realtor, Owner, Landlord and Board Member I feel our community is the most appealing condominium complex in the Medical center thanks to the behind the scene efforts of Wildwood. (I am reading these negative reviews and find them hard to believe....My calls are always returned, and no, not always the same day. Usually when there is dissatisfaction with how the management is handling something, it is because there is an unreasonable expectation of who is responsible for what in an HOA. All buyers need to read the bylaws, articles of incorporation, any amendments to such as well as the rules and regulations for any community that has an HOA. If you are unhappy with someone or something, be proactive and join the board or committees that are the true source of change for an HOA. It is unfortunate, and I am guilty of this myself, that many times Wildwood has sent out something to vote and must have board approval in order to approve a work order, like a leaking roof or a hot tub repair. The delay can come from busy board members which is not the fault of the management company. ) more

\r However, this time, I am writing, to express my true feelings about your office staff at Lafayette Place. You know, it is so much easier for people to just write complaints and so on, but it is much harder to write and let you know that your office staff is doing a superb job handling everything. Whether it is a complaint being lodged by one of us, or whether the Foyer is not kept clean. Deanna is very good in handling it all. At this time, I am very pleased with her performances. You also know that it is so much harder to keep everyone happy. Deanna is doing a very good job in overseeing her employees' every day work, and it is hard, truly, to handle people, and to keep employees motivated. Deanna is young and possesses much energy, which is very admirable. I believe she is truly very happy with her new Maintenance Personal. They work as a team and with each other, not against each other. They cooperate with one another, and take care of the job at hand and that is admirable. Our previous Superintendent was a good man, however, he was on the arrogant side. He and Deanna did not get along well; therefore, a lot of assignments went unattended. Sometimes, I felt he even did not get along well with some of the homeowners. When you brought Fernando on Board, I was really impressed with him. At first, I also thought that he is too clean to be a Maintenance man, and he may not be able to handle this large property. But how wrong I was, as Fernando proved that I was wrong thinking that way. It is good to be clean and a non-smoker. As I found him to be a very clean man. He has nice teeth and overall very clean. He is also a very polite man and I enjoyed talking to him. He is a non smoker and that is a plus. I met him twice and each time I was very impressed with him and the way he handles people. Honestly, I have never seen Lafayette Place this much clean and well organized. I have already seen so much improvements, as I walk a lot on the property. Therefore, I am writing to praise your Maintenance man, Fernando, as well as, Deanna Cantrall, our Office Manager. They are a very good combination and work together perfectly to achieve a goal. \r \r \r \r Thank you, Ms. Webber, for providing us this nice service. I truly believe you should raise Deanna's pay, because she is a very hard working employee and she does not cut us short. She is always in the office working. I never see her, like our past Manager, to skip her duties. In the past, I have run into LP Managers at HEB, and Marshalls. They say that they were going to the Bank, and yet, I happen to see them elsewhere. But Deanna is much more honest person and try to do her best to keep this place up to par, and now that we have this new Man, Fernando, they are perfectly working to achieve and to maintain our property much up to date. I truly believe, you may think increasing Deanna's pay because she deserve it. But please don not INCREASE our ASSOCIATION DUES.\r \r \r \r Thank you and take care.\r more

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in my life. I get absolutely no service for HOA fee I pay. My sister is with the same company and shares my opinion. On their webpage, they say go with Wildwood to the wild side and that is exactly where you go-- the wild side. more

Steer clear of Wildwood managed properties. Our downstairs neighbors are having problems with their leaky AC. We've had technicians come out TWICE to determine that our system is correctly set up and operating properly, but our property manager, Luana is still trying to pin it on us. We've communicated to her officially through our technician, but she's telling us it's still our problem. We have nothing to fix and can no way rectify this situation. You'll find yourself in a similar bind if you have and dealing with these people. Anyone who says otherwise is a paid shill. more

Great Management, Great personnel 4/8/2011

I have dealt with many management companies and I have never been treated with such respect as I have by Wildwood. They return calls that day, no question is trivial, and no request is to big. The owner has always treated me and our board with such kindness. It is great to know that there are companies that remember who the customer is. more

I have been ill treated by the manager for our property. It is frustrating to have such few choices in property management companies, but this by far surpasses the other companies I have had to deal with. Cons: Shuns owners, all owners feel like little is taken care of, manager never in office, receptionist is rude. more
