i had a wonderful experience dress shopping here. I made an appointment to come in and the associate who helped me asked me all the usual questions about what i wanted and then proceeded to show me some options. i saw one i loved that she didnt point out and she informed me it was out of the budget i had told her. i tried it on anyways and i loved it! i made an appointment to come in again for the trunk show and to hopefully get it for a discount which i did.
they said my dress would take 8 months, but when i got my official eda, it said 11 months! o no! not gonna happen. i called and asked them to find a way to get it to me in 10 and sure enough it got to me in 10. the dress looked amazing and i couldnt be happier!
good experience, no pressure and customer service before and after purchase.
