Review content:
My girlfriend and I came here for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. We were not impressed. The employees were perplexed as if they'd never been busy before. There was no system for seating people. From the time we walked in to the time we had food in front of us was about an hour and a half. Yet an old yellow bearded man walked in, went straight to the bar, and got his usual instantly. When our food finally arrived it was nothing to wait over an hour for. My hash browns tasted like the metal spatula that scraped them off whatever surface they were prepared on. After we ate what seemed like a shoddy knock off of waffle house I waited ten more minutes to pay for the bill at the register. Finally I handed a confused employee the money. She dropped it. As she went down to pick the money up she aptly popped open the register with her other hand. On the way back up she smashed her head on the bottom of the drawer making all the change jump like kid's on school bus hitting a speed bump. I walked out of John's Country Kitchen with a smile. Pros: they have coke in a bottle. Cons: food, service, ambience, value
