I'm not sure that get anything right, except for taking my money. Folks, I'm not trying to be mean, but it is in your best interest NOT to do do business with this company. I'm sorry I did. Everything is fine at first, but they are so disorganized. First you are told that you'll get a call from this person or that person who will take care of things. Then when that doesn't happen, they apologize and tell you that the person who was supposed to call isn't available. Then some heavy handed manager will get on the phone. If I've heard it once I've heard it a dozen times, "We're sorry for your problems, but due to our phenomenal growth we are experiencing some growing pains." I believe at this point that these people are not only being untruthful, but are also inept. Do business with them at your own peril. Along with the name Harris, they also do business under the name SPORTEAR. Their performance claims for their products are absolutely false. Pros: Promise alot Cons: Don't deliver what they promise
