I have been using Dog Duty since they first began their business, and I have been very happy with their pooper-scoop service. However, I used their Yard Duty service last year, and it was terrible. My first red flag was that they had me sign a contract in which I had to pay a monthly set amount, that supposedly is an average of the number of times they service your lawn in a year. Well, I caught them in a lie twice about whether they came. To make matters worse, instead of an apology, they gave me attitude, and told me I had to pay the monthly amount anyway. I told them I wanted to cancel the contract b/c of poor service, and they told me I couldn't. If I didn't like their Dog Duty branch so much, I would have cancelled completely. As it is now, I no longer trust completely trust them. Bottom line---they should stick to pooper scooping.
