As a former car salesman my self, 4 years out in West Texas, I know all of the little tricks of the trade. This dealership uses NONE of those. They are completely straight forward on all of their dealings with customers. This was our second experience with Eckert and with Curtis Hall. In December we traded in our '08 Sonata LTD for a Hyundai Tucson AWD. Although the experience was absolutely great after several months my wife and I decided we didn't like the Tucson, though no fault of the dealership's. Ordinarily, trying to trade out of a vehicle in such a short time is next to impossible as we had a small amount of negative equity plus we did not put any money down. Imagine my surprise when not only they offered a more than fair price for our Tucson in trade they got us in a beautiful silver 2012 Sonata GLS! As the car was for my wife she signed all of the paperwork herself. I was so comfortable with the dealership that I didn't even go into the Finance office with her, I stayed in Curtis' office and chatted with him. This dealership really is different, take it from a former "bad guy", i.e. car salesman.
