My boyfriend and I went there on Labor day weekend. He paid $20 and I was $10. Not worth the money!! Besides the view from the top of the Rio, there is nothing else. Inside there was a live band where a lot of old drunk women were dancing around. Outside was better, the dj was okay. If you take the elevator from the first floor up to the top floor then you don't have to pay cover, they don't even check.
Pros: nice view
Cons: not trendy, expensive
