The Incline Souvenir Shop is located at the top of the Incline Railway, which carries passengers from the foot of Lookout Mountain to the top. The shop carries the basics in overpriced souvenir junk that any other tourist trap would sell. There are giant pencils, magnets, shot glasses, spoons, plastic toys and the like. For souvenirs with "regional" flair, I saw "real" alligator jaws and "coon skin" hats...items that I am rather sure are not really part of Chattanooga's history. You would be much better off saving your money and just putting a few quarters in the telescopes outside and taking in the views.
