No one is in a good mood when they get a cracked windshield. These guys know it, and are very nice to you when you come in, angry and mad that your insurance will take a hit.
They replaced the glass within a day, offered the best price, and was willing to work with us so that we could afford it without making a claim to our insurance.
Now THAT was worth its weight in gold.
