Attic steps were broken during Brothers regular maintenance inspection.
Mitch from Brothers came out removed the broken step parts and milled them in his shop. Returned with the repaired steps and re-attached to the pull down opening. He made several cuts and adjustments to insure the steps worked properly. In my opinion he went beyond the my expectations to make sure the steps were correctly repaired.
