Our favorite is Bahn Thai in Silverdale. Their food and service are great, and we're picky when it comes to thai. I can't remember the names of dishes, but highlights are the crispy basil tofu, the Plig King tofu, the first item on the beef menu (I'm a veggie who often eats out with meateaters, so I don't pay attention to that particular part of the menu but it always gets rave reviews) and the fried spring rolls. Their tofu dishes are delicious generally.
