Sushi Maru in Japantown San Jose is one of the best sushi restaurant here. The sushi is big and delicious. The chef is energetic and seems to take care of other employees. It is no doubt that Sushi maru is always crowded in lunch time. California rolls are the best ones in this restaurant.
