I’ve been using your service department for almost five (5) years and always come away happy. All my services have been a 10. Youve also done warranty work for me with no hassle what so ever. Today, I did my 30k maintenance. I was going to go to Speed Element in Fremont because they were cheaper by $150. But Kevin explained to me why it is better to use Concord Mitsubishi. I am so glad that I listened to Kevin Graybehl. Kevin from the first time I brought my car to today has always been EXTREMELY helpful. AND....Joe the mechanic is the BEST!!! Not only is he a great mechanic that will explain everything to you, he also owns an Evolution. I just want to let you (hopefully I got the write person) know that I am a very happy happy customer. Concord Mitsubishi is so very fortunate to have employees like Kevin and Joe.
