Cafe Rio is a great (not super authentic) Mexican restaurant chain. It is pretty good food, especially if you like Americanized Mexican food. I really like their enchilada-style burrito. The food is great, but the lines are horrendous. If you want to go to Cafe Rio, you need to plan an extra 45 minutes to stand in line. If you don't mind eating at home, then the secret is to call in a pick up order. However, part of the charm of this place is the ambiance. Unless you are starving, then the line is worth it!
