What a gimmick. A restaurant based on a movie. I wasn't a big fan of the movie, but the restaurant is pretty good. I've really only order the fried chicken and fish and chips because I'm not a huge fan of shrimp, but they were both pretty good. My husband enjoyed his shrimp dish there. I really like the "Run Forest Run" and "Stop Forest Stop" signs. It solves one of the main problems in a restaurant, namely, not being able to get a server to help you when you need it. The memorabilia on the walls is different since it's all geared towards the movie. It's a fun place to go.

This is where my husband and I went when we bought our sleep number bed. We'd actually gone in a few times, trying them out, not sure if we were going to buy or not. There wasn't too much high pressure, especially if we told them we were only looking. They were very helpful, and although they did keep mentioning the savings on accessories, they didn't over sell them. (The accessories, mattress pad, etc, are over priced and we bought them elsewhere.) We love our sleep number bed and are very happy with our purchase!

There is typically a wait at Ruby Tuesday's, as there is with most restaurants inside the MOA. I try to time it so I don't have to wait, but even if I do, I go because Ruby Tuesday's is predictable. Some of the restaurants in the mall can be pretty hit or miss, or are awfully gimmicky. Ruby's menu has changed quite a bit over time, and they now have something like 30 different kinds of burgers. I generally stick to the plain one, and it's inexpensive and good. They do tend to oversalt their fries, but I usually can't eat too many if I eat the whole burger. Service is usually pretty good, and they don't push you out the door, even if there is a wait. It's nice to be able to sit at the bar and eat, especially now that the whole place is nonsmoking.

The food is not the reason you go to Bakers Square. It's for the pie, and for the value of the food. It's not a very expensive place. Between 4 and 6, they have an early bird special that my husband and I frequently catch the end of. For less than $10 each, we can have a salad, one of a few select entrees and a slice of pie. They are not skimpy on the pie either. This is one of our favorite things to do when we feel like going out, but not fancy. It's a nice quiet place where we can talk. The service is usually decent, and the pie is awesome!

We got the name of this company through a recommendation of a trustworthy friend. I am very glad we used them! We had nearly all the windows and the front door in our house replaced, and I feel we got a good deal. It made such a difference right away. There were no more drafts near the windows, and it was much quieter inside the house! The work was all done in two days. There was an ordering mix up, but we came out the better for it, with a spare pane of glass for our front picture window, at no extra charge. The workers did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the work we had done.

I'll admit that the prices weren't as good as one would think, given that it's called an outlet. However, this was the only furniture store that had exactly what we were looking for (a corner entertainment with doors) at a reasonable price. In addition, we were buying furniture at the attached Ashley store, and the two salesmen worked together so we'd only have to pay for one delivery. We were able to get interest free financing through both stores, and I only have to write one check each month. We've really enjoyed our furniture, and while I would shop around, I'd probably look there again if we need more furniture in the future.

The people working at Apple at very helpful. The problem is, there frequently aren't enough of them. They spend a lot of time with their customers, which is good if you're the one being helped, but bad if you're waiting. There are times I've gone in there just to buy a game, and have had a hard time finding someone to check me out.
However, when we went in to buy iPods, we were given very good service. We knew what we wanted, and they were kind enough to accept scant ID for my husband's educator ID. The discounts for students and teachers are very welcome!

I went into the Cheesecake factory having heard all kinds of rave reviews about it. There menu is enormous, and it's almost an impediment to picking something to eat for dinner. The food hasn't been bad, just not worth the price or the wait to get in.
The cheesecake, on the other hand, is a different story entirely. I love the oreo cheesecake with the chocolate sauce on the side. However, I don't know that I'm in a hurry to get back there.

Maggiano's is by far and away my favorite Italian restaurant in the Twin Cities. It made me sad to realize it was a chain, but the food is good, consistent, and just plain wonderful. I've always had very good service, and the family style is just amazing. I had a party there, and we just got huge amounts of food (and leftovers to bring home) for only $23 a person. You can either cheaply or expensively when you go there. Also, beware the large. It really is large. Whenever I order it, I wind up with 4 more meals after that day!

I usually have an issue with buffet restaurants, but this one was much nicer. To start off with, it was much cleaner! Also, there were more vegetable and fruit options than meats or main courses. I could have done with a few more entree options, but everything I ate was good, and didn't necessarily taste like it came from a buffet. I would be more than willing to go back.
