I ordered up pizza yesterday from Papa John's Pizza. I used online ordering. This is a very convenient way to order. I wish it were as convenient to pick up. The two girls that were working at the register seemed to have their attention on everything BUT the people trying to pick up their pizzas. I waited in line over 10 minutes. Not too bad BUT I was second in line! They just seemed to ignore me while my pizzas sat on the shelf getting cold. I like Papa Johns. I recommend ordering online but I wish they would improve the speed of customer service at pick up.
