The store itself could be a bit bigger but its okay looking. The staff has always been nice. I would say the trade in or buy out is not much on your used books but then again what is anymore. The prices are good and they have almost any kind of book that you could read. I am a memeber thats how much I love it here. If you like to read why pay full price go here.
