This is a company that deals with real estate. I work at an architectural firm and the building here is under the care of GVA Kidder Mathews. Whenever I have even the slightest problem ranging from a clogged toilet to an air filter that needs to be changed, they will come out that same day and fix it. We had some blinds that were broken and I called, and before I knew it, someone was on our floor with a smile ready to help us! They do a traditional dispatch system with pagers so even when they are on the road they can be of assistance!
