I used to live in Fresno, Ca. My sister took me to Splash when I came to visit her in Arroyo Grande which is right next to Pismo like across the street. It was so good that when I got home about once a month I would order it by mail. thats right frozen but still awesome. I now live in Arroyo Grande and never tier of the best in the world Splash
