The Rio Grande has pretty decent Mexican food. The chips are awesome and plentiful. The margaritas are not bad either! The best dish is the plate consisting of three tacos and fresh fruit. It's a great deal, and the fruit is fresh and tasty.
This is a great lunch restaurant if you're out in Bethesda. Reservations are not necessary. The service is quick, and they understand and will accomoate if you're on a lunch break and need to get through your courses quickly.
There's a nice outside seating area. The restaurant is about 5 blocks from the Bethesda metro.
