I've been to Jaleo on Woodmont for a few company lunches (20+ people). Its great because every can order a few tapas and pass it all around. However, make sure people know how tapas work! One coworker hadn't eaten much halfway through the meal- he told me he was waiting for the main course!
I haven't been to this Jaleo for dinner, but I hear that it gets quite hopping on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. It's usually about 50% capacity at lunch, but get there early for dinner.
