Tim's is a diner solely owned and ran by Tim and his family. He serves locally raised beef and serves calf fries raised and cut by local ranchers. Calf fries are young bull testacles cut in strips and deep fried. This sounds disgusting, but it very rich and tasty. Rumor has it it also helps your libido! He serves other american dinners such as hamburgers and breakfasts. For a great hometown tasting meal, I believe that Tim's Diner is a perfect place to go! If you're a local or just passing through Kansas, it is worth stopping by Tim's.
