Our shower was broken and we needed someone to fix it quickly. We called Tewksbury Plumbing and told them what was wrong. They came quickly but basically told us "yup, your shower is broken" They said they'd have to order a part for us and it will take 2 weeks to come in. Then they wanted to charge us $75 for the service call. We already knew it was broken and absolutely could not wait 2 weeks for a part. So, we paid, what else could we do? We then called another plumber and had our shower fixed the next day - no need to wait 2 weeks for a part and the original diagnosis was completely wrong! Please don't waste your money! Oh, later I called to complain and they did offer to give me half of my $$ back, but I had to fight to just get that! more
