Fleur de Cocoa is owned by a French pastry chef and chocolatier, so no wonder the pastries and delicious and the chocolates look so appetizing! I've had the chance to drink their hot chocolate on numerous occasions and it's unlike any other. The hot chocolate is melted dark chocolate with the option of flavored syrup. It is very rich, creamy and just heaven. If you've tried the new Starbucks hot chocolate, Chantico, this is similar but more authentic. I also recommend the almond croissant as a good pastry.
