I have known several people who have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. They advertise that they are cheap insurance yet my family have all found much better pricing elsewhere. They are never there during their adveritsed hours, several times I have gone there to find a hand written note on the door that they closed early which is highly annoying. The office is small, and the people do not try to make up for the bad things with good customer service.
