Well, as the commercials of Galesburg Ford say "Galesburg Ford, not too far for your next car" it may be false advertisement. I've only had experience with this place once, but I've known a few people who were dissatisfied by their transaction with the dealership. I noticed myself that the prices seemed a little high and so I figured why not just go the extra distance of 10 miles and find a cheaper and better place to buy a car from.
I am actually surprised this place is still running as it has caused many compaints in the town.
