Chef's Buffet has a great variety of foods to choose from including cuisines from American, Asian, Southern, Mexican and Italian and consequently, the prices for their buffet is a little higher than other places I've been to (check out their website for prices at http://www.eldoradoreno.com/dining/chefsbuffet.aspx ). Chef's buffet is open from 7:45am so you can enjoy eating there for breakfast, lunch or dinner...or all 3 meals if you're that hungry!
