Last summer, I signed up for a free membership to the Black Mountain Recreation Center in Henderson. It was awesome. They have all sorts of gym equipment to help you get in shape. They also have a track as well, so you can run at your pace. Another plus is that they have basketball courts so you can shoot hoops without the glaring sun in your eye! There are also community events held here, and they have a great kids' program as well.
