As far as the work done for me by the people over at Family Pest Control goes they did pretty good, they had to come back out once but they got it right and my pest problem is gone now. The biggest problem I had with these guys and the reason why I gave them three stars is that the customer service representative that I worked with was not great. The guy had a personality that some might consider charming but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I am not too sure if I would use these guys again.
