I called for service last night for one of my tenants.I let the dispatch know it was rental propergy and I would be there to pay before the service tech finished.. the words money/pay came out of her mouth multiple times.during our conversation. the service guy called me about 2 hrs and said he was headed over there. advised I would be there before he finished to come and pay. ( i was at work- 15 min to finish).My tenant called me and said he needed me to authorize the work. I spoke with him ..again and said ok u are authorized. He needed me to come and sign something saying I would pay and he could do the work... b4 he started. He did the work and I paid. I have had lots of work done (I have 55) and never had to sign such a paper for my house or my tenants.I tell the service people I will be there to pay and they say ok or they send me a bill. . I heard the words money/pay from service guy several times. . i will never use them again unles an emergency. my first and last time. . If I burn you and dont show to pay , then never work for me again. but this was not the case and never has been with anyone. Never had to sign a paper before saying I would pay. and they are authorized to do the work. I always sign and pay when completed. . My husband and father said they had never had that request before either. . the service man did his job I said a 30 day warranty. perhaps he was doing what he was told so no beef with him.. f hampton
