Worst experience ever!!! Stay away from this company. We have had a Gary Pool for 30 years with no issues, so we decided to ""upgrade"" as the pool was old. Had a ""new"" pool put in and have had major issues from the beginning. Very poor workmanship, have calcium coming up from all over the pool and rebar rust spots coming through. Took months for Gary Pools to come out and look at it and now they want to charge $5000 for a new pool. What makes them think that I want them touching my pool again? The ""new"" pool is less than 2 years old and these people we have been dealing with don't seem to care about anything else except collecting more money.
