I wish I would have read all the reviews about this place before I went there it would have saved me a lot of time and money, my mistake. I took my newly rescued dog to them to get neutered. I only used them because they were the only vet that was a member of AZ Trade Exchange so it wasn't going to cost me a lot out of pocket. Huge mistake, I'm not sure if it was due to the fact that it was going to be on a trade or if this was just normal practice for them to overcharge for every procedure. I had my first visit to just have an exam and blood work prior to surgery which they said was required. (Note: Never had to do this with any of my 6 prior dogs or 3 cats) at the end of my appointment I was presented with a receipt for over $500.00 in charges. After going thru the receipt with the nurse and taking everything off except for what I came for the exam and blood work I was still charged for a test that I clearly said I did not want.
