O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center carpeted and floored our entire house. We've been using them for probably the last six years. O'Krent's assisted with the color and pattern selection. They then assisted us with a warranty service when the installation of two of the carpets ended up being defective. We had to replace three entire rooms on warranty. Of course O'Krent's being the company it is, the warranty was completely honored. The work turned out perfectly.
We continue to use O'Krent's because of the quality of their service.They are dependable and reliable. We use them especially because of the skills and competency of their service representative Monica Mills. We also have used their wonderful installer Robert Flores. He did all the warranty replacements and installations.
I would not hesitate to recommend O'Krent's. I would tell you to go to the show room and ask for Monica. She has a keen eye for colors and patterns. She really helped us find what we needed for our rooms.
