They sold me an Audi A4 2007 for $16,900 KBB Value with FRAME DAMAGE and never informed me. The car is worthless! I was going to trade it in and was notified about the Frame Damage. The car is valued at less than half of what I paid. \r

I also requested at the beginning of purchase for them to rotate tires for me. They said they would and did not. Had they done this they would have noticed that the tires were dry rotted. Fortunately for me I was not driving on the highway when the tire blew up otherwise I would have been in a very serious accident. They slapped inspection sticker on this car without even checking it.\r

They do not care about the customers at all. \r
