I have worked with Ted for 23 years. He is currently managing one of my properties. He has been in the Property Management game for 40 plus years and knows the city very well from river to river. He is someone I trust and can rely on information and personal knowledge about any given situation. His philosophy of spending money to make money works. I had a small one bedroom (that was very outdated) and was originally getting 600 dollars a month. I told him I wanted to upgrade it. He gave me great knowledge on what the market demands and or what the market wants. He knows how to sex up a place for a great price. I ended up spending 30 grand to fix up a place. (Electric, plumbing, and heating fully upgraded) and Now instead of getting 600 dollars a month and paying for the utilities, I now get 1300 dollars a month and I pay no utilities. Its been year two since the upgrade and I have made almost my money back and improved my property value by a $50,000 dollars. Because of this I will fully invest in the rest of my units and really can't wait to see what he suggests next. All investors who want to spend money to make money and do it right.... this is the GO TO GUY. He has great staff. Rich is clear and professional on the phone. Ed shows the apartments. (According to Mr. Gay he will be fully liscened broker) (Mr. Gay is BOR and boss at George Gay Real Estate) I highly suggest working with these guys. For the person has mice. Grow up. Its not an infestation. I rented that Apartment years ago. I had three mice. Big deal. Mice are everywhere in the city. The city in 1987 got rid of the pest control services. Since then they have multiplied at astronomical amounts. Anyway please Check them out. And to all you west coasters. Stop acting like a brat and want want want and act like me me me me.
