Very poor judgment and lack of respect for customer's decision. Always suggesting to buy more expensive parts, even AFTER you have made your decision.
Not much variety. Considering they only had two types of standard size tires in stock. I wasted more than 40+ hours while the guys at Erik's tried to find a ""solution"" to a simple problem of tire replacement.
