Took my new van in for a hitch. $2k worth of paint damage when I picked it up. Spoke with the owner to blew it off and told me it was from rock damage. Vehicle is/was only 3 weeks old and never driven on rocks etc. When I pressed the issue asking for payment of repairs he cursed me out in the parking lot. All this and I'm a local too..... STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! DISHONEST TO SAY THE LEAST!!
